Fun In Florida: Dazzling Dusk

This is Christmas speaking!

My mom and her family are having fun at their aunt and uncle's pawsome house in Florida, and my mom has been sending me photos she's been taking so I can show them to you all.

My mom's aunt and uncle's house is one story and has a lanai off the kitchen. They have a sheltered place with a table and chairs so you can have shade in the heat and a place to sit when it's raining, which apparently happens a lot in Florida.

Anyway, there is also a pool on the lanai and some lounge chairs, and outside of the lanai (which is screened in) there is a huge lake, where you can see the other side of the lake, people walking dogs, egrets flying, and the sun setting over a bridge.

It's a pawsome place!

Here are some photos my momma took on the lanai in the evening yesterday.

Here is the beautiful Naples lanai! I'll post another picture of it tomorrow when the sun is shining in the day time.

Here is the beautiful sunset...bow wow, if only I were there to see it!

Beautiful, right? Well, the side of the lake is the pawfect place for egrets to hang out because it's somewhat swampy there. My mom's aunt and uncle have also seen alligators in the lake! Better stay away!

Well, that's all for now. My mom will send me more photos tomorrow that I'm sure you'll enjoy!

  1. Oh yes! Definitely stay away from murky, swampy fresh water in Florida. That's where alligators live.
