Blogville Summer Dance 2016

Bow wow, it's the day we've all been waiting for! This is Christmas announcing that today is the Blogville Summer Dance 2016! I'm hosting it and I came up with the idea for it. For a long time I've been reminding you all of it, and there will be-oh, look, here comes two of our attendees now! It looks like our duo of solo dudes have arrived before anyone else! I guess because all the ladies have to put on their makeup and lipstick before they come inside. Just sayin'.

Jakey has arrived!

And his brother Bilbo, too!

Who could forget these two, Zaphod and Millie? Phod was originally planning on going solo to the dance, and so was Millie, but then they fell in love!

It looks like Oreo and Hazel have arrived!

And William and Bella!

And who is-hey, look, it's Noodle and Lexi!

It appears Chester and Princess Leah have arrived!

Joey and Momo, too!

Is that who I think it is? It's Frankie and Abby!

Frankie's brother Ernie isn't too far behind with his date Roxy!

Dougie Dog and Lady Shasta are here!

Let's give a warm welcome to Easy and Hailey. They're the perfect couple!

And let's not forget about Bailey and Dory!

Mabel, you and Arty look pawsome!

Walter and Tuiren are in the dog house!

I can see Brian and Scylla are here!

Hot diggity, welcome to the dance, Fenris and Sagira!

Casey has entered the room with Ciara!

Here comes Socks, escorting his lovely lady Samantha.

The Mayors have arrived! Stanley looks so handsome with his beautiful date Jessie.

The same can be said about Murphy and Ruby!

Ooh, look, Sarge just arrived with the crabby girls!

Bertie and Addi look fabulous together!

Welcome to the dance, Toby and Penny!

Raz just got here with his lovely date, Madi!

OMD Simon and Joanie are the purrfect couple!

And look at this dude and his lovely date!

Now that everyone has arrived, I can get out on the dance floor with my lovely girlfriend, Noodles!

Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to the dance. I know for events like this in Blogville there are usually scenes where all the attendees are in one room together doing all sorts of funny things, and trust me, my mom literally spent several hours cutting out everyone for group photos and other things, but something always went wrong. The computer would crash. The wifi would go out. She'd have to keep starting over multiple times until she finally decided she wasn't going to spend any more hours on something that seemed like wasn't meant to happen. I know...annoying.

This has been a pawsome way to get to know everyone, and I sent out thank you emails to all of our attendees! I think I contacted everyone but with so many peeps I get confused sometimes. If I didn't send out your email, or if I messed something up (easy to do with 87 peeps...BOL!) just let me know!

We have 56 attendees in total, and I can't wait to see what next year holds! Thank you for attending the Blogville Summer Dance 2016 and expect me to host it again next summer!

  1. Thanks for hosting the summer dance! We had a blast! Sorry you had troubles with putting your post together! Our mom can share a few tips that would make it easier for you next time you host an event. We're going to need a nap after all that dancing!

AND Miss Robin you have learned a lot, and I'm purrty sure you know more about blogging than most young ladies your age. WE THINK you did a fabulous, superb wonderful job. Kudos and kitty kisses.

  25. Hey Christmas!
Wow, this is the bestest dance of the whole year!! Thanks so much for hosting this fur us and my crabby girls are having a blast. BOL/POL. They've been busy asking everyone to twirl them around the dance floor as they pinch onto tails. Those girls love a whirling tail twirl. My paws are sore from all of the dancing. You've been a fabulous host and everyone is having a great time.
    Grr and Woof,
