These Are The Commercials Worth Watching During Super Bowl 50

I don't get football.

I honestly don't get excited over the sport.

On Sunday, I was just watching for the commercials instead of cheering for the teams.

I'm saving my applaud for the televised Westminster Dog Show next week, which, by the way, is the Super Bowl of dog shows.

In between all the kooky commercials, here are the three commercials I liked, and of course they are all about dogs.

Well, this one is just a third about a dog. It's also about a monkey and a baby. I don't get why a Pug/monkey/baby hybrid is giving out Mountain Dew. I'm not kidding. There really is a Pug/monkey/baby giving out soda. I don't think anybody knows what to think of this commercial.

You may or may not be able to sleep tonight from the above commercial, but I still find it weird and amusing. Another great commercial I enjoyed was a Doritos commercial featuring clever dogs. This one won't haunt you, but it is pretty funny!

Pretty cute, eh? It just gets better from here! Being a huge Dachshund fancier, I was excited to watch the new Heinz ketchup commercial. I'm not going to tell you anything more than that. Just watch the commercial already.

Was that not the best thing ever? Yep, thought so.

  1. Because we live in Canada we don't get the same commercials, so thanks for sharing.

  2. We noticed there were a lot of Superbowl ads that featured doggies. We like the Subaru dog tested car ads with the Barkley family at the wheel! (Find them on Youtube.)

    1. Oh, I always love those commercials! I totally forgot about that one...maybe I'll share it in a later post. :)

  3. I don't get that football stuff either but then we don't play that game in Australia. I watched all the ads on youtube though. They were great.

  4. the Subaru ads are just the best. I like an old one when a bunch of them were trying to dock their boat (with their car) and kept crashing into stuff. BOL Lady Caroline

    1. I've never seen that one! I'll have to look. My favorites are the ones where the Retrievers stop at a gas station and I also like the one where the dad is driving and he sees a Poodle. :)
